    Most fights go to the ground anyways.. but even to take your own postulate further...

    Is it truly 'real skill' if you can't use your feet? What constitutes 'real' fighting, I wonder? Where would you draw the line, I mean.

    Right, but what makes one preferable to the other? Especially since boxing is even more tightly controlled.. perhaps there's a lot of specific skill involved, but you can't say that it's 'real' fighting. If by 'real' you mean 'realistic'.
