ding ding.. as a server, in all technicality, most restaurant training books have a blip in there about not putting lemon on water or tea unless the customer asks for it.. restaurants lose $$ every time a server brings out a tea with lemon on it and the customer immediately removes it and puts it on the table. That's hardwired into my head lol. I think at this point I've waited tables and bartended almost too long for it to be healthy lol. It's just so fun.Originally Posted by HalfBaked
