    #1 Cool borders? explain...

    #2 Just make a copy of what you want a reflection of...bring it down..I set my opacity to 30..Thats all at your discretion. Then bam. Sometimes I select the reflection layer and use the gradient tool and what ever color I want over it I slightly spread the color over the text..for more of a ref look IMO

    #3 As far as the paint splatter and all that stuff is brushes. Go to getbrushes.com, Just open Brushes in the brush menu and bam! play around and get the hang of it.
