    If a deaf person has Parkinson’s disease, is it considered stuttering when they use sign language?

    lol, sorry. I dont know if you remember but back when 96 Rock was still around, they did a segment at 4:20pm called Brain Resin. People would call in and ask a really stupid question or just a question that really didnt have an answer. I thought of this one, but I never called...

    No it doesn't, it takes away from the flowing lines of the car. Not to mention it is nothing but an accessory that is stuck on after the fact.
