Ok listen... 1st. complain bout racism cause that can get the cop introuble; the Chief has to write up a report bout him if anyone complains about him... 2nd. you'll have to go to Defensive drivin school and pay a ticket for about $500 plus ur Drivin School... but they can also hit you with another ticket cause you did have a minor in the car... but if you quickly take the Driving class the judge may lower the fine and you might be able to keep ur license as well...
