there was no tree around. he must have climbed up the hood,into my car took a shit on the seats, then crawled into my hatch. where he was still alive! we got a bat and knocked him out of the car where he ran into some bushes. i wanted to shoot him with a bb gun but my g/f wouldnt let me!
