I think Collins is talking about what I said about "I hope info from it doesn't get into the hands of other countries and they start using it on us" I think he's saying they have probably already been doing it, which is true. I would just hate for them to get some of our technology/knowledge if they don't already have it. But like he said, it will probably burn/break upon re-entry.
