Parents stupidity was a helping cause, they never should have let him drive the M5.

I agree and disagree with this statement.....

The parents shouldn't have bought an 18 year old a 500hp car without first providing their child with the proper training to handle such a car but at the same time it could be argued that such an accident could have still occured in a 100hp Honda Civic.


What it all comes down to is teaching your child how to handle his or her car responsibly and not allowing said child to drive if they have not shown the maturity that should be exhibited by someone that is ready to operate a motor vehicle....

flying 200ft into a tree, from the looks of the car they were going 140mph+. 100hp civic tops at about 110mph.
