    Wtf... so the drunk teenage girl who is speeding and following too closely then hits another man's car and kills her friend receives absolutely zero punishment while the man she hit is charged with practically everything!

    something similar happened to my dad a couple months back. he was hit by a drunk girl who made an illegal left turn and t-boned his car. she wasn't charged anything. ****ing drunk drivers

    True. This case is an example of an overpriviledged teenager getting away with shyt, once again BUT, dude shouldn't have fled the scene of the accident in the first place.....When he ran from the accident, he left himself open to all the shyt that he's getting hit with now....

    i don't think race is an issue... had it been a white white guy that was SMOKING POT, DRINKING, AND FLED THE SCENE he'd be pinned with it too.

    i don't think it was all his fall.. but leaving the scene makes you look guilty as all get out. i don't care what color you are.

    Thats really messed up, but WHY THE FUK ARE THEY TURNING IT RACIAL. THE DUDE ISNT EVEN 1/2 BLACK! I completely agree that the "17yr old white girl" should be charged before him, but come the fuk on. Its time that everyone get over the whole black/white thing. Everyone is here to stay, we might as well learn to live with it.

    I think the guy should be charged with a marijuana dui, leaving the scene of an accident, and maybe disrupting flow of traffic, but the girl should definately be charged with dui, minor in possession and should take the manslaughter charge.

    Basicly, I agree with the artical minus the black/white bullshiit.

    damn, but sadly thats how sophomores here think.

    i think her parents made her get rid of myspace, but she just deleted her friends thinking it was okay. having a myspace with a huge court case going on is a no-no.
