    There are no schools deemed all black, they are a historically (thats your key word) black college that came about when at the time deemed self-proclaimed all white colleges wouldn't want blacks to be affiliated with the school. White people can go to historically black colleges and go for free with the minority scholarships they offer to Whites/Hispanics.
