Scenario1
JITB gets banned, doesnt know why, instead od calling other users to post threads asking why, EMAIL A MODERATOR.

Scenario2
JITB logs in to find a buddy got banned, he doesnt know why so he posts a trhread asking why. INSTEAD, PM A MODERATOR

Scenario3
JITB asks a moderator why someone was banned and the mod says "cant tell you". that doesnt mean post athread asking why.

is that clear enough, just keep the WL for what it was intended for, and PMs for PMs.

There is like 20 threads in the WL and in other parts of the site that could have been save with a simple PM

Isn't the WL intended for whatever? The rules just change and are made up as you go and all.
