Going off of their histories still would put Manning (94.1 career rating) over Brady (92.9 rating). On top of that, this is the first season Brady has been over a mid 90 QB rating, while Manning has had 6, 5 of those being the past 5 seasons consecutively. Even looking at this incredible stat season that Brady has had his rating was a 117.2, while Manning's highest season is a 121.1 in 2004 (where the Colts went 12-4, but Manning still rated higher than Brady on a 16-0 team this season). Manning set a 49 TD record on a 12-4 team, Brady passed it by 1 TD on a 16-0 team, EVEN with Belichick's "throw for the endzone even with a 45 point lead" ego.
