Not very impressive IMO. The trap speed is actually very good but your 1/4 mile time is alittle off. Aren't they able to run in the high 11's?

A stock 996TT with 415hp? No, low 12s stock. What I ran was better than most mags. The X50 version would run high 11s (it was 450hp) and the GT2 would do the same. Remember, I was running 19" wheels on a 315/25/19 tire. Not a great tire for drag racing. Either way, I still cut a 1.79 60ft.

    According to this link. A 2003 996 911 could run high 11's. http://porsche.jbcarpages.com/911/2003/index4.php
But im sure your 19 inch rims had something to do with you running a slower time than what a stock rim'd 911 should run. Nice 60ft btw...

The link is wrong. Most mags and real life got 12.2-12.4s in the 1/4 @ 114-117mph depending on conditions.

Now the X50 package will get you there. That was an "add on" factory option that bumped the hp from 415 to 450, stock.

I think that one mag back in 2000 ran an 11.9, but that was never repeated. There are always factory flukes. Either way, real world testing was 12.2.-12.4.

Then again, they might have been talking about the X50 package. That was an "add on" factory option that bumped the hp from 415 to 450, stock.
Maybe... all I was trying to say is that your low 12 sec pass isn't nothing to brag about! Hahah, im sure you would have walked this honda SI speed racer posting like he's the king, but showing off your 1/4 time isn't impressing everyone.

You also spent a good chunk of change for it. Don't forget about that. Either way, the car looked sexy as hell.
