I'm not so sure that going to Miami(and surrounding areas) one weekend a month for 4 years(between ages 18 and 22) to hang out is sheltered. I don't think that me being 37 and having a 23 year old would back up a sheltered life claim. Spending 18 years of my life in and (mostly) around gangs isn't too sheltered. I'm 100% sure that actually being homeless and living on the streets of Atlanta for 2 years would NOT be considered sheltered. I didn't even go to a shelter. And all of the above mentioned "events" in my life happened before I turned 30. Later, QD.
