Anyone ever heard of HOME REPORTS?
This is the new company I went to work for downtown. Basically it is a directory listing of Grade A contractors here in Atlanta. This book/site has top rated companies only in it. Your company has to make a score of 90 or higher and most of the companies listed are in mid 90's in ratings. My company does market research on previous clients for all of the contractors and grades them. If they don't make the grade they don't get listed. The biggest difference between us and most companies online is this isn't bias online blog/rating research and you can't pay to be listed. They do have the directory in a book form like phone book and it gets mailed out to 500,000+ homes. We will be expanding into other regions soon such as Dallas, TX.
I figured I would pass along the info to anyone interested. Pretty cool resource for anyone with a home and it is FREE to you doesn't cost you anything.
