My company does market research on previous clients for all of the contractors and grades them. If they don't make the grade they don't get listed. The biggest difference between us and most companies online is this isn't bias online blog/rating research and you can't pay to be listed. They do have the directory in a book form like phone book and it gets mailed out to 500,000+ homes. We will be expanding into other regions soon such as Dallas, TX.
