Dude should have marinated and simmered it on low heat for a bit to really bring out the flavor. Add mushrooms, onions, and peppers to help enhance the flavor of your once-beloved.

That or roll it in flour and some Tony's seasoning before frying it up. Serve with greens and a baked potato for a southern flare. Many a man will testify to the sweet taste of a southern girl...in once sense or another.
