The Hispanic population. Here is why:

White people, although this usually good practice, are planners(for the most part). They form committees to strategically accomplish something. They have to analyze each detail from all angles and make sure, to the best ability, there are no flaws. Hail, even mass murders basically do this. They plan their attacks. They don't just go rushing out onto a school yard or job site and spray. They map it out. They go over what steps to take in their task. This takes time. In a race war, that could be costly. But they fact that they don't just go after one person at a time is a favor in their defense. Each white person will take out about 10-15 black people.

Black folks don't plan shiit. Like Nike, they just do it. Walk out on the street, see something they want and take it. Regardless if it's jewelry, money or life. They don't plan which bills to pay each month. They just don't pay any of them and go straight to the club. This works in their favor as there is no time wasted. Just walk outside already open firing. So each black person will take out a few white people to not quite even the score from the mass murdering pale skins.

Now, knowing these facts and knowing that here in America, the white population is 74% of the total, it's not hard to see that the white people will come out victorious. Now you're asking yourself where did I get the fact that the Hispanic people will win. Check this out. Remember above when I said that white people are known for mass murders at a time and not just single killings? And that they plan out their attacks? What does every white person do after they slaughter their 10-15 people? What else? They kill themselves. So who's left? The Hispanics will win because they spent the whole time asleep.
