Lots of Vitamin C, but not too much.
I have managed to stay cold free for months now, even with the colds going around, by drinking usually 1 Vitamin Water a day and something else high in vitamin C and other essential immune boosting vitamins.
For when a cold just starts, Zicam nose-swabs and Airborne both work very well.
