Oh my I so love Cheese on vegetable crackers w/ an olive on top. Yummy!
Oh I forgot...veggie pizza. Cream cheese on top of baked rolled out croissants, with broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and lots of shredded cheese. AMAZING. :)
