Ok so this has been a long standing argument between my girl and I.

My ex and I did not end well as she cheated on me but months later we reconciled and decided to put the friendship back together that we had had before we had started dating. Since then her and I have still maintained contact and continue to be friends.

I am now dating a different girl that i have been with for a year and half that i love to death but she has to be one of the most insecure people i have ever met.

So the argument is that she does not like that i still talk to her because of what happened between her and I. I honestly don;t get it. It doesn't have anything to do with her. I have tried explaining this to her a thousand times but she doesn't get it and she says that I don't Understand where she is coming from.

IMO she has no reason to even be concerned with something that happened before i even knew her and something that has already been taken care of.

So she sends me a text today after i bring her lunch to tell me that she still doesn't like me talking to my ex and that she wants to talk about it. I say fine. So she comes over and tells me that she doesn't like me talking to her and i ask her ok what do you want me to do. So she says i don't want to tell you what to do but i want you to do what you think i want you to do . WTF. I told her I'm not going to quit talking to my ex because her and i are just friends and it has nothing to do with her. It's not like i still hang out with her or anything. she has done nothing to piss off my new girlfriend or anything so why the **** should I.
