End NAFTA and you begin to solve the problem. Mexicans migrate to the U.S because the jobs here pay 5 to 10 times more than they do in Mexico, all they have to do is cross the border so that is a pretty damn good incentive to come over here and plant your seed. If they could make a comparable salary in their native country then the incentive to leave is gone.

NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) allows U.S farmers to sell their produce that is subsidized by the U.S government in Mexico at a much cheaper price than any of the farmers in Mexico, this is a KILLER for their economy.

Basically the American government brought this upon their selves. If you could make $150k in Canada for a job that pays $30k here wouldn't you risk everything to cross the border as well? Do not blame the imigrants.. as I said before educate your self on the issues at hand and not eat up the bull **** that the media feeds you.

unions are partially the reason why outsourcing in america is so popular. if it takes an all american company 98 cents to make a hammer, but their Japanese counterpart who makes an equal quality hammer can make it for 14 cents because of the outsourcing and non unionized at will labor, the company is almost forced to over seas to increase profits and revenue.

America is almost forced to allow outsourcing because of the tariffs other countries place on our exports. Unlike America which allows free (or should I say minimal tax) on imports, we are charged up the ass for what is claimed to be an inferior product.

America is a capitalist free enterprise country where competition in which everyone competes for the number one spot, by competing expansion and growth in all areas are achieved. Unlike the socialist democracy the '08 Democratic consequentialist libertarians are claiming, this idea would never work in a country that has such apoor medical system already. By socializing medicine, you would wait in line for hours for a checkup. Social medicine would make you dependent on the government, and thats what they want. Do any of you honestly think the government is going to give a damn if you have a rare uncurable brain disease? Think again. You think government funding is hard enough as it is (this country has over a trillion dollar debt and is forced to simply create money out of thin air, causing inflation and a large increase in taxing) try adding one of the most expensive articles the government has to deal with now, put them in charge, you will surely not succeed. The whole democratic concept is flawed, and only the minorities, which (no offense) a large percent of them happen to be poor and uneducated, believe this is the right thing for their personal benefit. A social democracy will NEVER work in a capitalist country, a capitalist country is unfortunately a "rich mans" world, but without that monetary motivation, I truly think nothing would get done. Sad, but true.




and THIS: is what a peaceful protest looks like, the fact that the government would waste time on riot control for a peace and/or government protest is rediculous, especially considered the topic we are discussing is not even a serious controversial topic.
