Hey, Merry Christmas everyone! My parents bought me an 8GB iphone for christmas. WOOT! I have tmobile until june of 08, and i just called them up and they charge a 200 dollar early termination fee. I have been with them since 2003 or 2004. They have received every monthly payment of mine on time and in full. Any chance of me getting out of that early termination fee through loophole or other means?

I'd prefer like most to save that 200 dollars. Any input greatly appreciated!

i have a friend that can unlock it, so u can use it on Tmobile (depends on what version Iphone, I believe)

I use to work there. What you have to do is call them and tell them you are moving to an address where you get no service. They wil want theexact address so try to find something. We use to use this one in Wisconsin but I dodn't remember it anymore. But if you don't get service where you live they will terminate your contract for you and not charge you anything.
