Brett, you just like everyone else has feelings. Some are more sensitive than others. You may think this old lady didn't deserve this, others may find it funny. I personally find it somewhat sad, because yes. They are old and would look better in a living room watching the news or whatever it is they watch than to be out in the cold delivering pizza's.
