I think you're thinking about the "Book to legends." The Book of failure has storys and jokes which contain wortless events of people with a weird sense of humor. People that laugh at their own jokes, but thats it. They're the only ones laughing. I checked it out when I hit up the library yesterday. Read a small chapter called "10k reps, my ultimate goal in life." Pretty lame stuff.
