    LOL to every last one of those..including the seat belt!


    I remember UHF and VHF. We had this little brown box that has like faux wood on the side of it and a round antenna. You had to press the buttons on the top of it and it had NO remote.

    I also remember when MTV came out....damn!

    I got one better. Remember aluminum foil on the rabbit ears and the ROUND channel knob????

    I too remember the actual DAY MTV debutted. I was home sick from school, trying to decipher scrambled porn , when I came across it.

    thats what i was talking about the big number knob had about 12 numbers on it about 3 channels the other number had about a 100 numbers and 4 ****y channels that never came in. you had to **** with the tune dial in the middle of the knob.

    Gotcha. We had one where it had a big knob, then it had like a little clear window where you turn the smaller middle knob to change the VHF channels with. It was retarded.

    My grandparents had one where it had that big honker channel dial, BUT it had a remote control.........which was really nothing more than a garage door opener remote look-a-like thing. You'd hit the ONE button on it and it would turn the big honker dial a channel at a time. I would stare at that thing for hours when my grandpa "channel surfed". I thought it was the coolest thing that he didn't have to get up to turn the channel.

    How about hearing the loud hissing static sound in between channels when changing the channel.....that was always cool.
