Sh!t, i call white people thugs all the time... so no, it does not mean im using thugs to specifically target back people. Nice try though. You have your definition of thug, i have mine. Unless the term "thug" was agreed upon before the use, then do not put words in my mouth that when i said thugs, i directed it toward black people.
