I already posted the law for carrying inside the car on page #1. Let me tell you this, if you do not have a permit and you carry it in your car, you had better have it in the one of four places that are allowed (center console, glove box, plain view, or another similar storage place). If you do not have a permit and you put it under your seat...you will get arrested. Your car is an extension of your home...but it has rules and limitations that your home does not have.
