yes i know cops are douchebags, but they usually don't do things that are COMPLETELY unprovoked. so just running a red light doesnt get people arrested unless you were driving w/o a license or maybe you ran a stop light that had been red for sometime (because i would have taken you to jail w/o a second thought in that case... thats sh*t that gets people killed). so lets get the true - unbiased story. then i'll tell you if i still think your lawyer is an idiot.
