noob bashing was getting old and stupid, all it did was STOP people from wanting to join. some kid tries to join get bashed cause of a question. you think he's not going to go tell people how stupid IA is after that? there not going to tell there friends about IA unless its something bad there for less people are going to join. so as far as im concerned thats the best rule ive seen yet. IA is not a gang, no need to initiate everyone who trys to join.
