could there be a medical reason for a girl not able to have an orgasm?

i mean could it be possible you can't have an orgasm unless its a certain spot.

i've discussed it with my friends. and i had one tell me she couldn't orgasm unless her boyfriend was straight beating it up, but only when she's sober. she couldn't orgasm when she's drunk.

and i've actually never have had an orgasm. and i'm not looking for attention.
