If you dont mind answering my earlier question, I would love to see your response. Heres a refresher incase you don't remember.

Someone is selling some rims in the forsale forum, 4 for $800 that were used on his/her car for lets say 2000 miles. Now you check out the item for sale, and say that looks good. Someone else comes in the thread and says you can get these rims brand new somewhere else for lets say $700. Would you still go ahead and buy the $800 set thats used, or the $700 thats brand new.
