ill do the walk of shame with my head down now, while i leave this thread.
i hated that shyt! when i was in the navy, moms had to go for surgery and i drove up as soon as i found out.
showed up the day after i got the word, after surgery was done and when she woke up i was siting bedside. first thing she ask me?
momz- "how long you been up?" her knowin that i barely got sleep.
me- "about 48 hours"
momz- "how'd you get here?"
me- "drove... how you doin ma?"
momz- "i'm fine, now get back to your base babe..."
then she went back to sleep, gotta love morphine.....
went to talk to dad in the hall, he laughed at what she said.
so i drove back to florida......
