I had this Asian lady probably in her mid 30's bust an illegal u-turn while on her cell phone and i had to slam on my breaks. I wanted to kill her I was so mad. Then they all look at you like your the stupid one!! Where are the cops when you need them. Or if I had done that I bet a cop would have been right there waiting for me. I don't see how half these people get a license.
