    Exclamation Ricer Alert

    Has anyone in Gwinnett County seen a Silver Cobalt with a loud fart-can exhaust and green neons? Some white guy drives it and he drives like an ass. Be on the alert for him and when you see him......flick him off or something.

    I just heard about fart "fart can" mufflers for the first time last night...either I'm really really slow, or i just believe a REAL muffler sounds just fine & have no need to research on that lame type of ****...but, I guess spending your money on that type of crap is what people do to get attention...*shrugs*
