Default First man in space...revealed...Another QD Exclusive...

Well, it's been a while (a couple of weeks, I guess) since I opened up my internal cache and related a bit of history to you guys so I though I'd drop some more knowledge on you. Because, knowledge is power after all.

Now everyone has heard the classic fairy tales of lore; Cinderella, Snow White, America The Land of the Free and so on. BUT, one that stays in constant controversy is the moon landing. Where it is said that Neal Diamond, Roger Staubach and Roy Rogers landed on the moon and took a hike through the Catena Artamonov crater back in 1969. Now I am about to let you in on a little known fact. So little known that even most of NASA doesn't know about it. The very first manned moon landing did not take place aboard the Apollo. It actually took place 5 years later on an odd ship known as The Tardis. The Tardis was actually a British public phone booth that was converted into a space traveling machine. On the outside of the ship, it looked liked your average phone booth. But step inside and you've stepped into a ship that contains 35 separate sleeping quarters, an engine room a McDonald's and one the world's first known Wal-Marts. The captain of The Tardis, Tom Baker, was piloting the ship in 1974 when he made the eventful landing. Known by most as Dr. Who, Baker made the lunar landing amid speculations that he would be rewarded by having his own reality TV series on prime time in America. Camera crews on scene, Dr. Who landed and upon exiting the craft, he encountered what were known as Daleks. That day would forever in space travel be known as The Day of the Daleks. After defeating the Daleks, Baker returned only to find out his show was only going to be aired on PBS and in 1981, he quit the show. The lone surviving Dalek stowed away on The Tardis, made it to America, altered his name a little and began hosting Jeopardy.

There you have it. Now you know. Later, QD.

No relation to the songs by Peter Schilling or David Bowie. Tom was, as was stated in the main body, the Captain. Not a Major. Later, QD.

    I give it a 98,
-2 points for not proof reading and making sure you had every thing spelled right.
