you handled it well but you should have done what i do with customers like that. i do this the moment they get rude," mam/sir(very serious tone) what can i help you with today? blah blah...... then if they are still rude ask them to leave or youll call the authorities. and right as they are leaving tell them this(it pisses them off more than anything else and is a good way to get back at them) say, "have a nice day" in the most happy sarcastic way. it works wonders. actually you handled better than i would have. good job![]()
