It looks like an SI , which is gross. the seats look like they would be supportive but they also look like shit in cloth, as most seats do. Im sure that it has the same potental as the 1.8T so im my book its a great car

Looks pretty good. Something about the headlights looks funny though. Interior would look better without the plaid seats. Sounds pretty quick too

The front has got to go. Too "in your face" IMO. The seats look really cool, cloth not so hot but I've seen worse. The instrumentation reminds me of the Passat's, which isn't bad IMO.

The front is the biggest turn-off to me honestly. The rest is fine.

Personally, I like this kind of VW the best:

Got it bubba, but I'm just saying that I like that look better than the Mark V.

BTW, I TIVO "Tuner Challenge" on Speed and one of the cars that the teams is modding is a Mark V. The other two are a Skyline

and a Cobalt. It's actually a pretty cool show because they aren't doing just ricey crap to the cars.

wouldn't life just suck to be the guy working on the cobalt when the guys next to you are working on a skyline. or even the Mark V GTI

Yea thats the German version. Ive seen several here on the streets...Weird thing bout any Euro cars is Reverse is the first gear so you get a lil surprise the first time you drive one if you dont pay close attention.
