But the real problem , is that its like the 3rd time that its happened in Ny.. a person shot "excessively" and ended up being unarmed.

To me its possible to see this problem being solved, i mean look at what happen in Atlanta, earlier inthe year 13 people where killed by the police, and the police said that they would practice more non lethal ways to control someone.

but than again im not a cop, and i do understand not taking any chances when put in a situation like this.
