    It seems as if some moron may have bid this high, however if the seller didn't get what he/she was looking for then he could have gotten one of his/her friends to outbid the rest, so he/she doesn't lose that much money.. That's my only theory as to why someone would bid $11 over a card balance lol. I've done that a few times on ebay selling other miscellaneous things..
