I'm not going to "save the day". I told y'all once the investigation was over it would be a different story than those of you calling him spoiled before anything was brought to light. There is a difference between him being spoiled and a drunk driver Don't try to twist my words. Now that the investigation has proved him to be intoxicated when this happened...shame on him and he deserves to be in jail...FOR BEING A DRUNK DRIVER. He doesn't deserve to be in jail because he is a "spoiled brat".

I'm not going to stick up for him...just saying it's a bit confusing. Was it a race or was it not at high speeds. It also took a bit long to get the BA level tests back. That takes like a day. Whatever. He was drinking and driving. He went to jail. Shame on him. I already said that.

Just don't forget what I originally said....he doesn't deserve to go to jail for "being a spolied brat" (as many people were saying in the original thread before the investigation) he does for DRINKING AND DRIVING. That was always my point and don't get it twisted

Tracy if you read the report, they took his alchol level 2 hours after the accident. Thats plenty of time to sober up. Why u think the family hired a DUI attorney so fast?

I think he should go to jail for 1 being drunk and 2 being a spoiled rich kid. He has had plenty of chances as you can see he brags about,he got pulled over how many times in one day?

He obviously never learned his lesson. On the side note i would have rather have killed my friend then have him live in the state hes going to for the rest of his life now. SO DUI+ making friend being a vegtable+ window tint =equals someone who should go to jail.
