    Incident GA License Plate (Vanity): FOTOG Vehicle Description: Blue Jeep Cherokee (dark blue) Mr. FOTOG GA is one of those classic idiots on the Atlanta roadways who drives as if he's auditioning for a cameo in the next "Fast-n-Furious" movie. He's passing in no-passing lanes to get by those who are going too slow for him (even though traffic is moving at a pace that is already well above the legal limit); he's honking at those in front of him awaiting oncoming traffic to make their left turn (even when it's clear they can't turn yet because of uncoming traffic!). Just the typical arrogant, entitled, selfish, inconsiderate, and foolish Atlanta driver. It seems we are the land of plenty when it comes to those.

    All these photographers on here, it has to be one of you guys, lolol. Later, QD.

    ive only been that way in the morning a couple of times, but ive seen him there about half of the times i do go that way.
