you drop everything everything you have ever owned, leaving family, friends, your life, your cuture behind, just to come and work in a country that has no problem stating that they dont want you here, while at the same time having less rights than in your own country and sometimes being treated as if you were some kind of vermin that has to be exterminated. some come here because they have to, most of you dont know what ACTUAL poverty is, others because they want to. the ones that work hard i have mad respect for. but either way we are all human, and we should all have the same rights and be respected, no matter WHERE we were born.

i know what actual poverty is, it's called India. My parents went through the proper legal channels to get over here legally and become citizens themselves. I respect the hard work illegal immigrants go through, but they are breaking the law and they need to go through the legal channels to gain access to this country and all the benefits therein.

god help us if that ever happens. our rights and constitution(synonymous) as we know it will definitely change and some of them will cease to exist.
