There are rules setup to be a citizen. Illegal immigrants dont care about those rules. They cross the border not caring and risk their lives to come here for a better life.
However , look at the big picture. Why are they coming here? they are leaving a country that is so poor, with a government so corrupt that they have no other choice. Why wont they clean up mexico? why wont they invest in their economy and infrastructure, why ?
Bottom line is if we dont do anything this country will get to the point of bursting at the seams with a population that is just too much for the land we have.
What illegals want is the SAME RIGHTS AS NATURAL BORN CITIZENS without doing any work for it. Just because they come from a poor country we are supposed to feel sorry and hand over everything.
Come from a poor country and come here illegally, sure heres your citizenship.
What if the rest of society was like this? what if everyone started getting $80,000 a year if they came from a POOR part of the country?
Now im not saying the US didnt turn a blind eye for awhile because their labor was cheap, but the point is, its gotten to a point where it has to stop. we gotta draw the line somewhere, especially after 9/11
