See whenever the "illegal" debate comes out, all we hear is the "they don't pay taxes" argument..... The only thing they MAY not pay is income tax, but with their income, if they were to file taxes, I willing to bet that most will get refunds... LOL

Try paying sales tax, ad valorem tax, property tax etc. and not getting to file them.....

Which would benefit the government more, legal immigrants who file taxes and may get money back due to their income bracket or illegals who may skimp on their income tax, but pay all other taxes and get nothing back?

there are many more reasons then just taxes... healthcare is a HUGE issue... some illegal baby factory can get FREE healthcare that I and everyother american has to pay for; then beyond that their children are now automatic citizens. Going back to taxes this is one of the reasons Fair Tax needs to be passed so we can get more taxes out of illegals in this country.
