    Default WARNING TO ALL

If you're selling **** on Craigslist or Ebay or wherever, and you get a buyer from Nigeria. Dont sell it to them.

They have somehow duplicated the [email protected] email and they're able to send fake emails saying that payment has been sent and is in esgrow until shipment information is provided. They even send a fake followup email. It looks 100% legit.

dont be fooled, make sure you contact paypal.. i almost got owned recently, it's a good thing i contacted paypal :].

According to them Nigeria is the biggest ring of scams they're going through.

yea....already know about this ****...but thanks for the word up...

btw, they sometimes will say that they are in the US, but when you ask them for their address, Nigeria comes up.....then from there, they make up an excuse like they are on vacation or some ****...

I'd say that 99.99% of the time it's a good idea NOT to sell to anyone in Nigeria, China, Ukraine, Etc. Nothing against any of those countries. I love Ukraine. PRIVET!

PayPal’s history is full of successes and some controversy. Learn about about PayPal’s history since it was founded in 1999.

yeah i had my phone for sale on ebay and i got the nigeria bite saying her name was blah blah blah but she needed it shipped to nigeria for her son in school... she wanted me to ship it then she would transfer the money once the tracking showed it had shipped... ***** had me going but i wouldn't ship it without seeing some money on my account and i never did so i never shipped it. eventually she just quit emailing me and i emailed ebay to get back my money for the listing.

revenge on the nigerian scammers ------------> http://www.zug.com/pranks/powerbook/index.html ::VERY FUNNY::

    CLIFF NOTES
these guys were selling an apple powerbook and found out they were getting scammed. well he got a binder notebook and taped some keys on it and shipped it with the declared value at like $2000 dollars or something so that the duties and taxes would be ridiculous and shipped it hahahaha... the reciever HAS to pay for that **** and the scammers thought they were going to get a free powerbook and payed the $200 or so fee to get their powerbook and BAM got nothing but a notebook that said F*** YOU on the front haha. they have pictures of the whole process. they actually found people overseas who were familiar with the address at where it was shipping to, so they did reconnaissance sh*t and took pictures haha
