Let me start by saying, that you and anyone else that wants to truly learn something today go grab a cold drink and a snack....this is going to take a minute, because I want to truly show you the meaning of "owned".
Ready? Here comes what the truth REALLY is, not what you and the rest of the ignorant herd of followers is buying into:
First of all, the whole thing started over 3 nooses hung on a tree at a school by
3 students. We can all agree on that, right? Stay with me, it's gonna get good though.....
Next, comes the good ole conspiracy theory....aka, what the BIASED people want to make all of you numb nuts believe.
The stuff you guys believe: The nooses were hung after a single black student, a freshman, sat under that tree that was always the "property" of "
white" students as a sign to say to somehow "stay away".
THE TRUTH: The nooses were indeed hung, but what you guys conveniently gloss over is that the nooses were PAINTED in the SCHOOL'S colors. How's that happen? Why would they be painted in the school colors you ask? Well, according to the editor of the local newspaper, the nooses were hung as a PRANK towards 3
WHITE students in response to a rodeo team SCHOOL FUNCTION. There's your reasons why there were 3 and why they were painted in the school's colors all roled up into one. Why is that not been widely reported? Because it doesn't buy into the more exciting KKK theory. BTW, several BLACK teachers from the school have testified that both
BLACK and
WHITE students played with, hung on, swung by, and even placed their heads in the nooses until the school just cut them down. Funny how that is not talked about. Let's move on, shall we?
What you guys believe: That the 3 students responsible for the nooses got a slap on the wrist and nothing happened to them.
The TRUTH: The principal recommended that all 3 be expelled, only to have the SCHOOL BOARD overturn his decision. They didn't get off free though. They ALL had: suspended for 9 days, followed by 2 weeks of in-school suspension, served Saturday dentions, had to attend "Discipline court", were referred to "Families in need of Services", and had to pass an evaluation before being allowed back in regular school. Slap on the wrist? Hardly.
What you guys believe: The beating of ONE
WHITE student by 6
BLACK students was as retaliation for a slap on the wrist for the 3 that hung the nooses (which you should now know wasn't a fact in itself).
The TRUTH: This was a cold and calculated BEATING of a student by 6 people. The truth is that the "noose" defense wasn't even mentioned until they got charged as ADULTS. This is what and where the real issue does and should come in. The 3 that hung the nooses were determined to have been marginally charged with a "hate crime" but the District Attorney, a
BLACK MAN, decided there were no state nor Federal statues on which JUVENILES could be prosecuted. Here's the rub.....the ones that hung the nooses were considered "juveniles" and couldn't be prosecuted yet the ones that beat the one
WHITE kid were charged as ADULTS. Hmmm, let's dig a little further on this, shall we?
Truth is that out of the 6 involved in the incident, only 1 was indeed charged as an adult of attempted murder. Why? Because the same District Attorney, again a
BLACK MAN, after investigating the case himself and talking to witnesses concluded that HE ambushed the
WHITE kid, beat him into unconsiousness, and MORE IMPORTANTLY.....are you ready???? WAS ALREADY ON PROBATION FOR PREVIOUS CHARGES THAT READ AS FOLLOWS: BATTERY (of a girl no less). Then while out on bail for that charge he got charged AGAIN for guess what??? BATTERY, AND NOT ONE BUT 2 COUNTS OF DESTRUCTION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY. So let's review here, the same model citizen that had 2 convictions for BATTERY and 2 convictions for DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY and was at that time UNDER PROBATION......JUMPS a
WHITE student from behind while he and his 5 other buddies beat him to a pulp, yet people MARCH on the street to have him "freed"??????

What you guys buy into: The fight was justified because
BLACK people have been kept down by the
WHITE man for so long, it was bound to happen. Forget that the nooses DIDN'T hang anyone or beat anyone.
BLACK FISTS did that pretty well.....wait, I'm getting ahead of myself. Oops.
The TRUTH: The fight, turns out, may have been as a retaliation alright, but NOT about nooses.....about "disrespecting" somebody. Follow this:
In Dec of 2006, there was a PRIVATE party at a barn where mostly
WHITE students attended. Notice I said "MOSTLY". You'll see why in a minute. 5
BLACK students showed up late and tried to get in. A woman chaparoning the party would not allow them in because it was INVITATION only. They argued with her that some of their friends were already inside, but she still refused. When they wouldn't leave, a
WHITE student got into a verbal fight with the 5
BLACK students. The lady threw ALL OF THEM out of the party. A fight ensued OUTSIDE the party between
WHITES and
BLACKS. The
WHITE student that started it all, got arrested and placed on probation.
ONE DAY LATER, some of the SAME 5
BLACK students got into it with some
WHITE students at a convenience store. Police are called. One side alleges the other of pulling out a gun. After the Police interview all the witnesses, most of which happened to be
BLACK, the Police arrested a few of the
BLACK guys (including one that had been at the previous nights party malae).
TWO DAYS LATER, one
WHITE student gets jumped by 6
BLACK students. Follow that chronological order? Not what Sharpton and Jesse told you.....figures. The school reports the case over to Police as "a premeditated ambush and attack of one student by six", and also added "The victim attacked was beaten and kicked into a bloody state of unconsiousness". According to court records, the
WHITE student was "hit from behind, knocking him out, and then others began to kick and stomp him." This was no ordinary school fight over some girl. This was a beating of one guy by 6. There were no cheerleaders, only actors.
What you folks buy into: The
WHITE kid only got minor injuries because he was at a school function the same night.
The TRUTH: He was treated in the Emergency room for a concussion and an eye that had swollen completely shut. He also had injuries to his face, ears, hand, and head. He went to a Ring ceremony because he said "I'd waited 11 yrs to do it, and I'm not going to let them make me miss it". He went, but left early due to pain. He is now reportedly having recurring headaches and loss of vision in one eye. Wonder from what????
What you folks believe: That all were charged as ADULTS illegally and unjustly BECAUSE they were
BLACK. No other reason.
The TRUTH: 5 out of 6 were indeed charged as ADULTS.....but all of them, except the juvenile delinquent, were 17 when this happened.....which under LA LAW makes them indeed eligible to be charged as an ADULT. The problem came with the delinquent that was already in hot water for violating probation from.....you guessed it, BATTERY.....BEFORE this all happened was charged as an ADULT although he was 16 at the time of the crime. This is why the conviction got over turned by the LA Court of Appeals. He is now going to be tried for a LESSER charge as a JUVENILE, even though he's no longer a JUVENILE. BTW, all of the other 5 perps were convicted of the same exact charge this guy is going to get tried for. So in summary, the
BLACK prosecutor charged him wrong, Court of Appeals corrected that wrong....just like our System is SUPPOSED to work.....yet people are still calling for them ALL to be let "free". Why? Because they're
BLACK?
Look, bottomline is real simple. You wanna "challenge" me to do research and to some kind of debate, you need to be better prepared. By the tone of your posts, I'm probably gonna get some kind of canned response that you are regurgitating from the Al and Jesse book of "let's stick it to the man, no matter if we're wrong". Don't bother. I'm gonna tell you now, what you told me.....Go do some RESEARCH yourself and then come at me. BLACK/WHITE line.
I could go on for a little while longer, but this is enough for you to digest for now, but I will end with this: It doesn't matter what COLOR anyone is. If they are good, they are good. If they are bad, they are bad. Not BECAUSE they are a certain color, just BECAUSE THEY ARE. Period and end of discussion. Argue with me on that.
