Tony, it seems to me that you are taking the "win by ANY means necessary" approach.

As you noticed and probably knew I was going to rebutt with, using the same logic then the KKK or Aryan Nation should be considered a "benefit" to their cause since they loudly proclaim their agenda too.

This type of mindset is why BOTH obviously don't understand PR very well. Yes, it does work to be the loud mouth in front of the TV, but only for so long. After that, people will see the strings and notice they are nothing more than pretenders.

I'll put it simply and directly: Until ANY group of people....Black, White, Brown, and Yellow....Until ANY religious group.....Baptist, Mormon, Muslim, Buddhist, etc.....ANY group that wants to succeed.....learns that in order to succeed you have to DETACH yourself from stereotypical negative influences that just perpetuate those same negative attitudes and views of YOU. If you let a clown speak up and say he's speaking FOR YOU, then don't complain when people don't believe you when you say you don't work in a circus. It's that simple. Someone that SAYS they are speaking for you and YOU don't agree, then stand up and say so. Keeping quiet and taking a passive role will not do anything but go to prove stereotypes are indeed true. Muslims haven't learned that lesson yet, and Blacks have never learned that lesson yet. Until they do, public spin doctors are going to be dictating how John Q. Public sees them, even if it's wrong.
