How many other cars that you have driven can do that stock?

Thats not what im talking about, but nevermind. So you had an exhaust huh, catback or full turboback? How many pounds were you running back then? 60ft?Originally Posted by Ruiner

Well, the cat is connected directly to the exhaust which is one piece, so turbo-back if you want to be accurate about it. However, it still had 2 out of the 4 cats, so it wasn't a full "straight pipe" setup. I still had the two "pre cats" in the car.Originally Posted by Maniaç
Now, I was running 19" HRE wheels as well, so they added rotational mass over the stock, 18" hollowspokes. More rotational mass = reduced acceleration. Whatever I gained with my exhaut I lost with my wheels.
I was running stock psi in the rears, so 44-46psi or so. I still cut a 1.79 60ft on that 12.29 run.
I was also running stock boost, which was right at 0.7 bar (~10psi), peak.
I also weighed in around 3,420lbs with 1/2 tank of gas and luggage in the front boot at the time.

So all you had was a catback, cool thats all I wanted to know. Also, didn't know thw 911 came with four cats on its exhaust system. Thanks for that info.Originally Posted by Ruiner
Bigger rims, equal longer gears. With your exhaust im sure you gained around 10-20whp, im sure 19' rims wouldn't have taken all that power away. And they do lose some acceleration, not a huge noticeable diffrence though. Now, I was running 19" HRE wheels as well, so they added rotational mass over the stock, 18" hollowspokes. Not bad.I was running stock psi in the rears, so 44-46psi or so. I still cut a 1.79 60ft on that 12.29 run.
That's stock? Damn, turning up the boost would have helped alot, im sure.I was also running stock boost, which was right at 0.7 bar (~10psi), peak.
Ok, extra info. Lolol.I also weighed in around 3,420lbs with 1/2 tank of gas and luggage in the front boot at the time.

By far the best tire size calculator on the net. You can put in your stock sizes and compare. You can "go up" a wheel size and try to match that to your stock sizes, etc.Originally Posted by Maniaç
