how do you get on sites when you are not allowed on them in class?

the proxy wont let me get to any "proxy avoidance" sites and i cant get to any sites except **** like cnn.com and cnn can only give me so much entertainment

i was wondering if anyone knew of any other ways, or just a way to get to IA that the proxy wouldnt restrict it

If you find the ip of a server that works and enter it manually it will work that way. That is how i do it.
